    How can I place an order?

    Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our saree collection, select your desired saree, and click on "Add to Cart." Once you're ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and select your preferred payment method (credit/debit card, net banking, wallets, or Cash on Delivery).

    Do you offer custom-made sarees?

    Yes! We specialize in custom-designed sarees. If you have a specific design or color scheme in mind, please contact us at info@culturethreadsindia.in We will work with you to bring your vision to life.

    Is there a minimum order quantity for custom sarees?

    There is no minimum order quantity for custom sarees. Whether you're looking for a single saree or multiple pieces, we're happy to cater to your needs. However, custom orders may take a bit longer to process, and we will provide an estimated delivery time once the order is confirmed.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience,
    including:

    • Credit/Debit cards
    • Net banking
    • Mobile wallets (such as Paytm, Google Pay, etc.)
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes! We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal shipping charge of ₹100 is applicable.

    How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    • Prepaid Orders: Once your order is processed, it typically takes 7-8 business days for delivery within India, depending on your location.
    • COD Orders: Delivery times for COD orders are the same as prepaid orders.
    • Custom Orders: If you’ve placed a custom order, delivery times may vary. We will inform you about the estimated delivery date.

    Can I track my order?

    Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track the status of your order through the courier service's website.

    Do you acceptreturns or exchanges?

    Returns: We do not accept returns unless the saree is defective or damaged upon arrival.

    Exchanges: If you receive a damaged or incorrect saree, we will be happy to exchange it. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item for a smooth exchange process.

    How do I care for my saree?

    To ensure the longevity of your saree, we recommend the following care instructions:

    • Dry clean your saree.
    • Store your saree in a dust bag to protect it from dirt, moisture, and sunlight.

    Can I cancel my order after placing it?

    You can cancel your order only if it has not been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@culturethreadsindia.in Once the order is dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it.

    What should I do ifmy saree arrives damaged or defective?

    If your saree is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will assist you in either replacing the saree. Please send us clear photos/Videos of the damage or defect for our reference.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Currently, we only ship within India. However, we are exploring the possibility of expanding to international shipping in the future. Please stay tuned for updates!
