Cancellation and Refund


1. Cancellation Policy:
- Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped yet.
- To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer support team via email or phone and provide their order details.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.


2. Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be issued for canceled orders within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
- In case of damaged or defective products, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We may request photographic evidence of the damage.
- If a refund is approved for damaged or defective products, customers may choose to receive a replacement or a refund and will be reflected within 5-7 working days..
